"As we manage a mostly dormant cemetery, many of the advanced back-office features (plot sales, grave scheduling, financial tools) are not directly relevant to us. While not really a drawback, it means we haven’t explored the full potential of Chronicle yet"

"I have to uncheck so many categories to get just what we need. And it's not as intuitive to use as I would like."
