Les collaborateurs d'Everready ont pris le temps d'adapter leur système à notre organisation et de le déployer de manière assurante. Les fonctionnalités de créations , d'alimentation des contacts et de créaction automatiques font gagner un temps considérable à notre équipe commerciale. L'équipe d'Everready est par ailleurs toujours disponible pour échanger et améliorer leur système.

Le système des Dashboard n'est pas encore tout à fait optimal mais a déjà améliorer depuis le début de notre expérience.

Cela permet d'avoir de façon hebdomadaire d'avoir un rapport d'activité détaillé. C'est utile en tant qu'utilisateur car nous pouvons voir d'une semaine sur l'autre si notre activité est plus ou moins volumique et sur la qualité de cette activité.

Cons:

Il y a, toutjours en tant qu'utilisateur, un questionnement sur l'utilité réelle de cet outil, à savoir: ne serait-ce pas surtout un outil de contrôle de son activité par ses managers.
