It is at a great price point and was easy to integrate into each tool. I also love the control in limited which records I sync and how new records are or are not created within other platforms.

The beauty of this product is its simple interface that saves me so much time. Manually syncing is just not as efficient or effective.

I looked at some other solutions and found PieSync to be the best option, and the most affordable.

Their customer service has been amazing any time I needed help.

The UI was easy enough to use though not up to par with HubSpot. Since HubSpot recently acquired PieSync, I'd love to see the HubSpot UI/UX adopted since HS does this so well.

Customer service is excellent, though responses often came overnight as opposed to same day.

I like the ease of use for syncing my contacts and monitoring my email campaigns.

This program is so easy to use and syncs our information perfectly.

It is so easy to setup new synchronizations and there are so many apps to choose. And I love the customer service.

It does a great job of keeping contact information synchronized between our different systems.

The team have been great. My questions were answered quickly without long delays from automated email responses.

PieSync is easy to use and configure to sync contact data between Pipedrive and Intercom. Dashboard is user friendly.

Quite happy, but pricing will make it rather expensive for larger organisations.

As soon as the contact downloads the asset, they are immediately imported into Hubspot AND synced to Outreach, which makes my job much easier.

The options on what data to sync is somewhat limited, especially when it comes to customer purchase data.

PieSync made it incredibly easy to set up all the sync integrations, even for me being a non-technical person. I highly recommend this solution and am so happy we chose it.

I'd rare to use a bit of software like this that works so well out of the box and inspires such confidence.

I love the speed of the integration between Active Campaign and our CRM. Also the support by the PieSync team has been amazing for me.

Very easy and lite product and super helpful if you want to share contacts from cloud systems especially within an Office environment.

This puts it a step above other platforms like Zapier because it allows for greater problems to be solved with ease.

That has gotten me in to some trouble a couple times but I have to just remember to turn it off.

Inititally, I was a little confused with how to set up the limitations when it came to disabling the creation of new records from one tool to another.

It really takes less than 5 minutes to setup your sync, and you can choose if the data syncs one-way or both ways. I also love the beta dashboard that shows you everything syncing in real time.

Each of them has some problem at some stage and added more frustration and when I just about to start manual postings, I accidentally found Zed Axis in youtube.

Overall I think it is a GREAT software. We just have an unusual need.

Zed Axis is very affordable and easy to use. The online tutorials answer most questions, but if you need it support is just an email away.

We have been using this product for EDI purposes to import into QB Pro. The ease of use of this product along with the dependability makes this a go-to product for this type of integration.

I LOVE USING ZED for transferring information between excel and quickbooks. However, it hasn’t saved time for us in transferring bill payments.

Any difficulties I had were due to the data I was working with.

We also use the Zed software to enter massive detailed journal entries from excel. Zed works GREAT for this application.

They charged my card, never sent me my license code, and I cannot get in contact with them. Now my trial is over and the program is useless to me.

We are very pleased with its performance and would highly recommend.

It uses space or tabs only. Get error message when trying to export all of your data.

A little confusing getting the upload spreadsheets formatted. Website says they can samples, but we could not download them.

All payroll, bank reconciliations and financial statements are prepared only  from my computer.

Support is helpful, knowledge base is a great resource, didn't take long to get a handle on it.

I am actually shocked that the pricing is so low.

Zed Axis saves me on average 25+ hours per month. I import all transactions once a month and it is quick and easy.

Zed Axis is a transaction tracking solution that enables the import and export of data to and from Quickbooks. The application can be deployed on-premise and caters to all types of industries.


Zed Axis supports various formats such as Excel files, text files, IIF and bank or credit card statement files including QIF, QBO, OFX and QFX. It enables transactions related to estimates, invoices, purchase orders, checks and bills, as well as other transactions related to journals, time entry and inventory.


Zed Axis' batch update functionality allows users to modify a large number of transactions in QuickBooks. It also facilitates finding and replacing items, names and classes through custom-built functions. Other functions provided by the system include auto-numbering, updating contact details, import undo and creating items, customers, jobs and employees.
