A fantastic product that greatly improves our existing HR processes. From purchase, through setup and finally deployment the support was excellent.

Sometimes chat can seem impersonal when an article is dumped in the conversation after having spent a little while writing a problem up. No customer feedback for layout/build as of yet.

Reports sometimes a little confusing and limited, perhaps add the element of pie charts. Org chart not very flexible.

As a SaaS, the value for money is great. The team were very helpful in getting the software set up and it supports most aspects of the business that we run.

The integrated chat is extremely useful, with very competent people answering all your questions with great detail and in a short time.

People is great and have really taken on board my suggestions - one of which was about improving the logbook user experience.

It is useful for maintaining mailing lists and grouping people, but I don't think it is always reliable. It could be more useful.

On the face of it this looks like great software but unless you are more bespoke trained in the software I doubt you will get the value you can from it.

It is user friendly, the support is first class, and amendments are regular and helpful. The user requests for changes are brilliant and often result in smoother experience for users and admin alike.

The system is very easy to use, it has great functionality and is really cost effective. The add on of the expense module is also great.

I like being able to keep track of contacts for people and putting them into groups for various mailing lists.

Customer service is generally intercom, intercom chat bot and links to articles so a bit hit and miss.

Recording annual leave when an employee is off sick.

No integration with  online calendar providers (O365, GSuite) -  i would expect this type of product to feature automatic calendar updates once leave is requested/approved.

Holidays and absence can be approved or declined without having to log which is a nice touch. Support is always available to help and staff are very friendly.

This means self service has to be disabled and renders the product almost useless. Very unsettling that a company would just role these features out without thinking through the consequences.

Good for small, single office companies where everything is open.

The ATS part of the system has been excellent. Great service and a great price.

The product is very easy to navigate, it looks nice, it's user friendly and employees like it. There are many great features to the product that have made our lives as HR professionals very easy.

Easy to set new people up and save important company HR documents. The support team are really great too and always try to come up with good solutions.

This is an excellent, all-in-one-place, HR package for a small company. It has restrictions, but on the whole it's easy to use with good support both in on-line guides and the support team.

Once in a while a server/IP gets banned but they have a big pool of IPs to serve you.

As a business once you hit a certain size it makes sense outsourcing webscraping. Scrapinghub has the required specialism to do a good job.

I use the Python scrapy module to write crawlers to monitor competitors prices. The integration with Github makes it real easy to deploy code to the hub.

It's cheap and works really well. If you know how to use Scrapy, this is easier than launching a bunch of VMs, etc. and relatively inexpensive.

From what I've used (basic spiders) it has been great, the page is really easy to use and the cli makes deploying easy.

Able to deploy my scrapers and also to debug using logs it's very helpful.

After purchasing the plan instead the requests together applied a delay on purpose thus canceling the potential of concurrent requests.

The effectiveness - it simply works better and is more consistent than other proxies.

Scrapy is amazing, python api is easy to use, job dashboard is easy to understand, good documentation and code.

The monthly limit on requests and how there is no intermediary plan between C10 and C50.

NEVER USE THIS CRAP LIBRARY. We had a paid plan, and this Splash is full of bugs.

I know this is not the fault of scrapinghub, but it is a big pain. And I know you have a service Crawlera for this purpose, but it is quite expensive.

Worst thing I have ever used in my Software Engineering career.

We are very happy with Crawlera. It works like a charm with our Scrapy projects, just adding a few lines of code we completely forgot about proxies that ended up failing anyway.

The best out there for any kind of scraping need. They new AI based scraping api is a game changer.
