I nearly bailed when I read "it's time to create an Extraction Schema," but the tool was, in actuality, incredibly easy to set up and user-friendly. They offer a generous free tier, but the paid plans are also quite reasonably priced. The best part of Airparser (at least for me and my needs) is its ability to easily extract data from multiple types of content—even emails AND email attachments. After setting up your "inbox," the tool provides an email address that you can forward emails to and drag-and-drop other documents into for parsing. I tried 4 Document parsing tools before coming across Airparser. They all failed for one reason or another. Airparser worked instantly how we intended, and actually recognized the data I asked for in the scanned PDFs. Other tools may have more features or be more powerful, but they require you to become a document parsing "guru" to use them or they just don't work how they should. I think Airparser should be the FIRST tool anyone tries when looking at document parsing.
