It's affordably priced, a quality product, and excellent support. We were able to make our customer onboarding more self-service without a major additional R&D investment to build our own importing solution.

The product is great. They continue to make improvements that we appreciate. No major drawbacks that we have encountered.

Dromo made it painless to import any spreadsheets from our customers. We used to send our customers an email template that they would need to copy their data over to. Dromo eliminated that manual workflow, sped up our onboarding process, and ultimately reduced our customer churn. The Dromo team even worked with us to customize the styling of the importer to match the look and feel of our application.

It was a little hard to find Dromo on the internet. It seems like they don't spend as much on sales & marketing, and their online presence isn't the strongest.

The documentation for Dromo is super clear - I was able to get it up and running in a day. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was super helpful whenever we had questions. This saved us over 2 months of internal development time.

Dromo is streamlining the process of building imports into applications, making it fast and easy to import data. Our application's import needs are reasonably complex, and by using Dromo, we have been able to save a lot of development time while also providing a great experience for our users. The development experience is top-of-class.

I haven’t worked with the front end design style overrides directly, but I think if we could customize styling even more it would help the tool further disappear into our application.
