I love that I have the ability to completely automate my foxtrot scripts (schedule a batch file to launch foxtrot, foxtrot unlocks the workstation, performs the task, and re-locks the workstation).

I love the capabilities of the Nintex Robotic Processing Automation software.

I just updated (2 weeks ago) from the old Foxtrot 11 to Nintex Foxtrot RPA. I was a litlle scared that the new version will corrupt my old scripts, or has a different way of working than Foxt 11.

Training and Support Teams are always willing to help. So many amazing features and options.

Well I was surprised how easy the installation went, then opening the application it was so easy to use. I just need to get to know this version better, but till now a great success to our company.

Nothing I honestly believe, not for my main purpose.

Ability to share, and users are able to run their own scripts easily and make minor adjustments as needed.

Amazing experience - by far the most intuitive and useful product in the market.

Customising actions can be a pain. Selecting input variables, once saved, make them invisible.

Customer Support is unmatched, you call and you get a person and they are very helpful.

What used to take several hours now only takes about 45 minutes. I also love how much customization this product has.

Need training, everyone I know who has used it has had to do hands on learning. No official training was provided.

The inability to upload a spreadsheet into a list rather than having to type out all of my translations.

Complex scraping requirements are harder to achieve. Sometimes difficult to find relevant documentation.

I have owned my company for 16 years and never did i have the experience as i had with Mozenda. Not only there is always someone to help, but everyone is extremely friendly and truly wants to help.

Then Mozenda is your solution. The beautiful aspect of their software is that you don't need any programming skills nor do you need to hire someone who does.

The good news is that the API is complete (i.e. everything that can be done in the UIs can be done in the APIs, and more).

Ease of use and the ability to have the help desk resolve all issues- quickly.

Although the documentation could be better, I find that if I do have any questions, Mozenda support responds quickly and knowledgeably.

It's extremely easy to use, setup was simple and fun to figure out.

For example, Mozenda only captures data in a flat list, so if you would like to capture lists within lists, you have to repeat a lot of data and clean it up outside the tool itself.

Works better than any other data gathering program I have tried. We are a small non-profit and feel the cost is very well justified.

The problem with the documentation is really just that it's hard to find how to do more advanced things.

Mozenda is a great platform for creating webscrapes with assistance from the agent builder.

It works, but it's expensive and you can definitely find a better value elsewhere.

Using Mozenda to scrape a few sites for the data we needed was MUCH faster than custom building any solution. The user interface is intuitive, pricing very reasonable, and support was outstanding.

I have been a customer for almost 10 years. Mozenda, intentionally, does not stop processes or provide features that would allow agents to stop running if they get stuck in a loop.

For large jobs the testing mode will only test a fraction of the job so you may miss some data because you couldn't adjust your definitions.

The product is easy to use and the actual response from Customer Support is great.
