Grooper's approach to image and document analysis is not comparable to any other in the space. The intelligent analysis is fantastic and reduces man hours with growing return on investment.

Being able to simplify and even automate the data entry of scanned documents into our system with OCR is amazing and a godsend.

BIS would not take on any small projects to enable us to do more scanning, which was very frustrating.

We use Grooper to augment our employees, not replace them, and it has increased our performance as much as 90% for some processes - we just don't have any that can be 100% automated.

So far, I am impressed with the recognition features, as well as the automated correction.

By default, licenses get tied up and there's often unexplained issues that cause errors when processing documents.

The software can be a little intimidating to learn.

The navigation tree can get confusing if you aren't disciplined with your naming conventions and object placement.

The interface, similar to other applications like Tableau, is clear and concise. The community is available 24/7, answering questions quickly and helping move my projects forward.

Like the functionality and it’s is a massive help for business contacts you would struggle to gain.

It is easy to use and providing the person's best contact phone number and email are the biggest strength.

Sometimes the numbers are old or just wrong and can make for some pretty awkward phonecalls.

Being in recruiting, having the ability to source personal email addresses is an absolute competitive advantage.

Given the business outcome, i am comfortable spending the amount and since the usablitity is better than other available platforms and price isnt too different - i would recommend sticking to Lusha.

At best their ethics are questionable. At worst, they are morally bankrupt.

The data is wrong a lot of the time and can make it difficult when contacting the wrong person.

SCAM ALERT - Horrible experience with the software and with the support team. I cancelled the subscription only to find out a few days later that it wasn't cancelled and I was charged anyway.

A lot of mistakes and a lot of phones are missing.

Product integration with Linkedin, data authenticity and ease of use are the best part of Lusha.

Functionality within Linkedin is great makes things very quick and easy to use which is great.

Furthermore, Lusha customer support makes it easy to troubleshoot any issues you may come across.

I have been pleased with it and have mentioned it to people in other companies several times as an important tool we use.

Other than that, i found out some email which provide by Lusha is wrong. So this make user lost confident to get information from Lusha.

I signed up for the subscription which only was available annually. I cancelled after getting 1 whole lead.

That priority is also because of the accuracy that it has and its frustrating to reach out to a wrong person after spending $0.5 per contact.
