Grooper's approach to image and document analysis is not comparable to any other in the space. The intelligent analysis is fantastic and reduces man hours with growing return on investment.

Being able to simplify and even automate the data entry of scanned documents into our system with OCR is amazing and a godsend.

BIS would not take on any small projects to enable us to do more scanning, which was very frustrating.

We use Grooper to augment our employees, not replace them, and it has increased our performance as much as 90% for some processes - we just don't have any that can be 100% automated.

So far, I am impressed with the recognition features, as well as the automated correction.

By default, licenses get tied up and there's often unexplained issues that cause errors when processing documents.

The software can be a little intimidating to learn.

The interface, similar to other applications like Tableau, is clear and concise. The community is available 24/7, answering questions quickly and helping move my projects forward.

Has a tutorial to introduce you to their workflow. Good functionality for the pricepoint.

If you do any marketing and wish to gather data for stats or just create your database from any website, super easy to do, recommend it.

Octoparse  is the best free solution for web scraping.

Too bad it's only an option if you're on Windows. Agencies and other environments that tend to be Mac shops won't be able to consider it.

I like the creation of variable to manage different environments to deploy our product.

We found out that reload website option is unclear. If we e.g. use proxy and the connection will fail with it, we can now use other proxy or few proxies depending on settings.

In my opinion buying any of the plans that allow you to use the cloud interface is very helpful and provides a good bit of flexibity.

Comparing to other popular extractors, the price is very worthy, and its functions work very well, fulfill my needs with a lower price.

Has a lot of functionality that I'm still exploring - ability to run from the cloud and to schedule extractions. From what I gather, the customer support is pretty strong and responsive.

Overall, a useful and appropriately priced tool with good functionality - could use some UI improvements, but gets the job done.

Octoparse helps me to extract some heath care information online, which is quite helpful to my research.

It is easy to download the scraped data and opens easily in excel. I would recommend this product if you want an easy to use web scraping product and do not have too much technological expertise.

To sell these products, of course I had to have a catalog package in advance, but a problem arises, not all sellers have their own catalog, so I had to copy every product they sell one by one.

So totally crawl all the data was imposible, the system will stopped before finished the entired data crawling.

It can be used to scrape a huge variety of data on any website, and the customer support is fantastic.

AWFUL- legal is investigating with Paypal to get my money back- paypal is even issues with them from every customer.
