They need to give more attention to the debugging mode for debugging scripts to get over the really simple issues and to handle errors that are still unknown to juniors and hardly show up in search, but they are simple and intelligent debuggers could handle that. The main issues are in performance when dealing with large volumes of data in a heavy operation, various bugs show up and we're not capable of reporting them sometimes, but we do when we're able and I hope they take an action regarding them soon.

One critical issue that we never expected to go through while on IBM, When the business has a large dataset and the workload goes heavier and heavier until it freezes/crashes (sometimes), and sometimes it just goes heavy for a while and then gets back to smoothness, I hope we can find out what's causing this since we experienced this with our clients too. And we believe this tool should be for everyone and not only enterprises, and we already implement it for SMB, but we don't find it fair enough with the pricing. In this case, it needs to be improved for them as their usage is never the same as enterprises and a flexible license is all that we/they wish for.
