It is easy to use and providing the person's best contact phone number and email are the biggest strength.

Sometimes the numbers are old or just wrong and can make for some pretty awkward phonecalls.

Being in recruiting, having the ability to source personal email addresses is an absolute competitive advantage.

Given the business outcome, i am comfortable spending the amount and since the usablitity is better than other available platforms and price isnt too different - i would recommend sticking to Lusha.

This often gives you personal contact details allowing you to bypass the corporate gatekeepers - that's why this is popular with recruiters.

Moreover, you also get a lot of free credits every month when you join the Lusha community providing something extra to their members.

SCAM ALERT - Horrible experience with the software and with the support team. I cancelled the subscription only to find out a few days later that it wasn't cancelled and I was charged anyway.

Functionality within Linkedin is great makes things very quick and easy to use which is great.

Other than that, i found out some email which provide by Lusha is wrong. So this make user lost confident to get information from Lusha.

I signed up for the subscription which only was available annually. I cancelled after getting 1 whole lead.

That priority is also because of the accuracy that it has and its frustrating to reach out to a wrong person after spending $0.5 per contact.

No built-in change management for the Automator part of the software.

It is extremely powerful to extract data out of PDF files. The automator product works great to automate data extraction processes.

I can quickly join different types of data together.

It is very easy to use with very friendly UI. I get results in required format and it is pretty fast.

I love the way that Monarch can flexibly capture huge amounts of data from various levels of a source file, allowing you to then present that information with formulas, filters and summaries.

We've had problems working with 17M record ODBC sources, but most anything would.

No real drawbacks, but PDF's can be a real problem and on rare occasions I have to do extra paring in SQL.

It  is the only product we have found in this price range that meets our need for PDF extraction. I am learning the REG EXP functions and they are very powerful.

Monarch is powerful and is the best value for our needs.

Altair Monarch includes a wide range of features that are impactful and can help users prepare and analyze data more efficiently and effectively.

However, that issue may be more due our outdated (7 years behind current) ODBC version than Monarch. Otherwise, my only other complaint is that I didn't start using this software earlier in life.
