  • Pros

  • Ease of use and the ability to have the help desk resolve all issues- quickly.
  • It's extremely easy to use, setup was simple and fun to figure out.
  • Cons

  • Complex scraping requirements are harder to achieve. Sometimes difficult to find relevant documentation.
  • I have been a customer for almost 10 years. Mozenda, intentionally, does not stop processes or provide features that would allow agents to stop running if they get stuck in a loop.

  • Great dashboards for monitoring jobs. Very competitive pricing.
  • We rarely have downtime, and it's really allowed us to grow our company and thrive. Easy to integrate into scrapy and other python tools.
  • Cons

  • Once in a while a server/IP gets banned but they have a big pool of IPs to serve you.
  • The monthly limit on requests and how there is no intermediary plan between C10 and C50.
