So far my experience with Crawlbase has been great.

Crawlbase is one of the easiest SaaS that I have ever used in my life. It's API docs and dashboards are super clear and easy to understand.

I highly recommend Capterra for small-to-medium-sized companies undergoing organizational changes. It helps with quick decision-making and assessments.I wouldn't recommend using it to make final decisions but rather to assess and compare pricing and functionality in an easy manner.

Well no cons,but When performing actions from the mobile version, it takes some time for them to appear on the computer version of this somewhat complicated program.

In general, I like the product, I just wish that you can handle the configuration and retries at your end and avoid writing and maintaining a lot of logic to accept/reject/retry the call. (I am not mentioning 520 errors, I am talking here about 200 ok)Even for 520, it would be great, if those can be retries directly from crawlbase, and get a directly final answer, and no need to retry and see if it will work next or not.

Don't know what to say here. Nut, I like the product in general. I could contact engineers and I appreciate prioritizing requests and even considering needed features.

The huddle that the end user needs to tackle:- Custom solutions for different domains. (e.g. specific country for specific domains: GB for AliExpress, etc.)- There is no good auto config (suggested config) and users needs to find it out by them selves (Certain websites require JS, others don't, ajax_wait, country)- No validation on the results (Many times I am getting blocked links, restriction pages, empty pages, and still the Crawler return 200ok. While, with another retry, I might succeed in getting the desired output!)At the end I had to do many retries for the same URL to ensure getting the best output as the results are non-deterministicExtra point:The customer support doesn't consider customers experience dealing with the product. Every, time I have to go into the very basic stuff, (try JS, change the token, etc...) I guess, CrawlBase should consider how long the customer has been dealing with the product and bypass the basic checks, etc.

It's so easy to use the API to crawl and scrape Amazon product data.

I wish they had dedicated scrapers for more ecommerce sites that yield the same quality of data as their Amazon scraper

The data is accurate and consistent in the API results. When I need different data, I contact support, and they promptly respond and do their best to solve my issues. Having 1000 requests in the trial version made testing much easier for me.

For now, there's nothing I dislike :)...

Easy to useFaster than other tools I used before Crawlbase

I have not found a single issue using this tool that I would feel is missing from this tool. So all good.
