Cons:

I don't think it can scrape PDFs which I encounter quite a bit with my scraping.

My favourite scraping SaaS by miles! Highly recommend!

ScrapingBee has an amazing product that makes scraping easy for anyone with even basic coding skills. Their product simplifies many different scenarios you may face whilst scraping. They have an excellent and responsive customer service. Highly recommend!

Pros:

ScrapingBee is the ultimate layer on top of which you can build any scraping app! I have used it for scraping hundreds of thousands of websites and deciding whether they are a potential customer or not. Before ScrapingBee, scraping used to be daunting to me but since using ScrapingBee I genuinely believe any public data on the internet is at my disposal!

Cons:

I wouldn't say there is anything I dislike per se but maybe a small con is that new accounts are limited to just 1k credits. I had to create multiple new accounts to test their product before I made the (great) decision to pay for their monthly subscription. It would be good if they offerred like a $10 for 5k credits type of thing.

Pros:

ScrapingBee is really easy to setup and to start with. They have good documentation available. We are using the product already for years, and there has been almost no down-time in those years. Also there request builders are really easy to use, and you can each language you prefer. In general they have a lot of options, to build the perfect request you need to get the data from any service you want, without getting blocked. Overall I would say the best and most easy scraping service you will find.

Cons:

The request costs of some endpoint with specific parameters are pretty high, which makes that you need a bigger plan earlier. Pricing plans is also high for us, but not compared to other services who are offering the same.

The API is clean, fast, and easy to plug into any project. Their support team is also great: quick, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Overall, ScrapingBee saved me a ton of time and made web scraping feel effortless. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Some requests can get a bit costly, especially on more complex pages. But to be fair, they do work reliably, so at least you’re paying for something that actually delivers.

I had several years of experience in web data collection and had worked on many challenging use cases before discovering ScrapingBee. When I finally encountered an application I couldn't figure out, I gave it a try—and I should have switched sooner. The product is phenomenal, easy to use, and customizable. You can build and test requests using the online request builders in your account, and the team is incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. They've helped me troubleshoot several complex cases since becoming a customer. Highly recommend!

It's easy to get going, great docs and examples. The pricing is clear, and there is a customizable enterprise tier.

Cons:

Overall a very happy experience. Can scrape almost any page (only exclusion is Linkedin), no matter the bot protection. Sometimes can be quite slow on very hard-to-scrape websites.

Powerful scraping service, get scrape almost everything I need. Nice helpful features and helpful support team, who always reply and help to find a solution.

Cons:

Using Scrapingbee for some 4-5 years and never had a reason to switch to other service provider. So far had no sources, that were too difficult for Scrapingbee.

Pros:

Incredibly reliable and super responsive and competent human support. For our business case their service has become highly important at a reasonable price. Unmatched on the market even for paid services.

Cons:

The API playground on the website does not include all ever evolving features but you can be sure the support figures out a solution for your need even if it take some time as it can be a very challenging task.
