  • Pros

  • I think Skyvia is an amazing tool and I had great experience with customer service. I was interacting with Mariia.
  • What we absolutely adore about Skyvia is its simplicity and efficiency. It's like having a reliable colleague who takes all the hassle out of data export tasks.
  • Overall, Skyvia had an excellent and really easy interface. I also like the big list of supported cloud connectors.
  • Cons

  • Maybe I have to bridge both side with a sql database, and maybe that is what am I missing.
  • So for each load we need an additional step for linking those 2 objects together. As Skyvia populates the fields of different objects at the same time, and sometimes this produces errors.
  • It can be quite expensive if you need to back up a lot of data as in Skyvia Backup you need to pay for used storage space.

  • Price is awesome for us non-profit. I shared with them some improvements, and there was some adjustments at the beginning but overall it is totally worth it.
  • Great support (the customer success team has been very helpful). Easy to initiate help requests through the chat window.
  • Workato is the best cost-effective tool with user-friendly customer support. The fantastic feature is we can share our recipe to even other users and they can make use of it.
  • Cons

  • The only con is it will keep on sending the emails if the flow has errors, which might disturb the users.
  • The biggest challenge I have had working with Workato has been trying to figure out why an error has occurred.
  • The downside is that the pricing cost is quite expensive and is limited in terms of customization.
