Easily collect content from any website with a simple call. ZenRows handles rotating proxies, headless browsers and CAPTCHAs for you.

ZenRows will bypass any anti-bot or blocking system to help you obtain the info you are looking for. Forget also about handling the required infrastructure for scraping at scale.

ZenRows will handle of the technicalities for you (Headless Browsers, Javascript Rendering, or Premium Proxies). It offers a high accuracy and success rate without any human intervention. In case the request returns an error, it won't get charged. Only successful requests will count.

ZenRows also offers the autoparse option, that will return structured data automatically. It will convert unstructured content into structured data (JSON output), with no code necessary.

Very easy to use. Fair price. I love that you implemented new features, such as the Google scraping possibility, which eliminates my need for your competitors' services.

Cons:

Using its API with, for example Clay, does need multiple updates sometimes because it doesn't fetch all at one. But definitely not a big problem.

Pros/Cons as I feel they are

We also use BrightData. It has a lot of functionality, but its high fees and complexity of configuration were a problem for us. In particular, it was not flexible in its configuration with respect to JS rendering, which often meant that data could not be retrieved. Zenrows eliminated all of these problems. I look forward to more feature updates in the future.

Cons:

- Can't add users? - I want to separate proxies for different purposes under one contract - More integration features would be great. For example, the ability to save crawled HTML files to GCS, etc.

Realiable and Uncomplicated premium service

Starting out I tried several different Services and ZenRows was the best, even if not perfect. But over time they improved a lot and now I don't want to miss it anymore. Even if the cost for us also increased substantially, in the end skipping the headache is worth it for us.

Pros:

The ease of use and consistency. Since the implemented the auto retry, it really is as easy as importing a single library/sdk and two lines of code to get reliable results for any request. We used to use zenrows for a single complicated call with lots of code around it but over the almost 2 years we have been using it the usage has become easier and more reliable so that now even smaller/new projects use zenrows for quick and easy access to some scraped data.

Cons:

leaving out the price, all my problems with ZenRows have been adressed over the last year. So besides the fact that we need to pay the bigger package without actually needing most of it. Everything else is fine.

Simple implementation. Simple configuration. Simple results. I use it as a browser for LLMs, and it's beautiful.

Cons:

Premium calls don't automatically fallback to standard calls upon failure. Same with rendering JavaScript.

It works and the support is good.

Good and satisfying after some time we got to use it and we liked the support. The Crawler could penetrate all the sites which are protected by cloudflare etc. Which is great. I love that you can see in single request the results and decide which data you want to extract.

It works and i like that we can clean and get the data the way we want. So to speak only give me the text back and this is what it does. It also makes easy to see it in real time for single request which is amazing.

Cons:

I think their documentation could improve. We did mulitple times using their solution not knowing that dead links or some domains would result in blocking and using the higher end scraper which would cost us more credits. the team was still helpfull on the chat
