I love that you implemented new features, such as the Google scraping possibility, which eliminates my need for your competitors' services. #### Cons Using its API with, for example Clay, does need multiple updates sometimes because it doesn't fetch all at one. We also use BrightData. It has a lot of functionality, but its high fees and complexity of configuration were a problem for us. In particular, it was not flexible in its configuration with respect to JS rendering, which often meant that data could not be retrieved. Zenrows eliminated all of these problems. They have been absolutely incredible to us and were very understanding of our situation. We had purchased a yearly contract and paid up front but realized it wasn't the best decision for our business a month later, they understood our situation as a startup and happily refunded the money and allowed us to get on a monthly plan. They take the time to listen to feedback and are committed to helping customers not just selling software. They even took to extra time to help us optimize our scraping requests when they did not have to do that. #### Cons They don't currently have full feature parity with some of the more established players like enterprise user management and analytics. However, the scraping works amazingly which is the core of the need for us. They also listen to feedback and have implemented some features we have asked for. #### Reasons for switching to Zenrows The level of communication and support we got was not up to our standards. When we had an issue they did not take the time to update us on the progress or alert us when things should have been fixed. #### Vendor response Thank you for your glowing review! The Crawler could penetrate all the sites which are protected by cloudflare etc. Which is great.
