Overall, Birst is a great reporting tool that makes it easier for IT department to create / deploy new reports.

So if you have a small team that is spread thing or have limited knowledge the TAM program eliminates this issue but it does add to the cost.

Great tool that will give you great insights very recommended to medium - Large Business Needs.

Tons of Features, Fantastic Support, Frustrating omissions of basic development functionality.

Overall experience with Birst is good as a developer. Great visualization capabilities and faster analytics with huge amount of data.

Lagging time when processing Medium to large Data Sets. Very expensive compared to other BI Solutions.

It may seem like we don't like the tool, but it is very good.

The actual reporting and dashboard tools are very easy to use and users can be quickly trained on how to create reports.

Having a fully integrated data store and data warehouse is a great value. Data connectivity is also very powerful while simple.

And you cannot overstate the importance of their terrific customer support - especially the Birst Community.

Have many features to improve the time to make the works functional. Very good performance in the  gathering of data, security and possibility of learning.

Easy integration with 3rd party data, great visualizations and it comes with ETL capabilities.

Ease of use for users as well as as easy management for system administrators.

Interface looks nice for the final user and relatively easy to use after a brief training. Looks also powerful and easy to prepare new dashboard.

Definitely use the user guide; it is chock full of amazing helpful tools.

Scalable, moderately priced, functionality is better than other platforms, great for SMB and enterprise audiences.

The ease to create new dashboard is really impressive and simplicity to gather data and make them available to end-users are key factors for projects success.

The cons are mostly pain felt by the developers. End users will not notice an issue.

Graphical representation of the data is what attracted us to the Birst.

Limited reporting and dash boarding capabilities. Bugs that lead to erroneous results, without giving and error.

There is a large misconception that building a BI dashboard is easy. Using Birst to do this IS somewhat easy, but invest in your data model.

You're missing a lot of creation/deletion functions and you must always access a space command window to do so. Therefore you have troubles to mass create/delete users without using the API.

Overall, I am impressed by how simple Birst makes something that can otherwise be complex.

It can get very confusing especially for new users. Sometimes you can pinpoint a HEX Color, in other cases, you have only a choice between 5 predetermined colors.

Easy to Implement and integrate with other Systems.

The ability to deploy a new warehouse with its own set of reports and dashboards in short order has been one of the best features for us to date.

We're a charity, not a large corporate. But still the customer service and support is excellent.

Aditionally, the software is easy to use albeit sometimes a bit confusing (especially when you try to go deeper into M365 integration). All in all, very satisfied with this software.

Keepit Gives me peace of mind to know that there is a good backup in a protected place.

I appreciate the peace of mind that comes with knowing my important files are securely stored and easily accessible whenever I need them.

Product was relatively complicated to set up but I’ve had help from Keepit which was very welcome.

Customer Service is excellent, they have helped me a lot.

I've set up the connector, and it's simply running. From time to time we do a restore test with selected data, but we never had any problems accessing backed up data.

Easy implemented full backup of our Microsoft Office 365 environment. Adding of new featues without increasing the costs.

I have a copy of onedrive and email of many of my users protecting critical information of the company, when we fire someone, we can be sure that critical information for us is not destroyed.

Also old user might be hard to find if exact timeslot when user has been in company is not known.

The best thing about it: you don't need to do anything - it simply does its job in the background.

To many technical problems with installing and faulty softwareupdates.

This is a very reliable service, gives you good sleep knowing all 365 things are backed up on a secondary place.

Integration with Azure AD (now Entry ID) and a backup for Entra ID was a great addition to the must-haves.

We have very high privacy on user mails so we have very limited amount of users who may use the product.

Search functionality is very limited with search string restrictions and poor filter options for results.

Good product, easy to use, brings peace of mind.

One drawback of Keepit is its pricing structure, which can be a bit expensive for individuals or small businesses with limited budgets.

Ease of use and implementation, its a startup and forgett deployment, it just works.

Efficient and easy to use software providing you with an extra guarantee.

But worst of all to many updates that was supposed to make KeepIT an overall better product but in fact it just made the customer experience for us at least worse.

We have saved quite some files in Office365 through Keepit and it has never let us down.

We are very satisfied with the product knowing that our data is safe, ans the few times we've needed support it was delivered almost at once and to our full satisfaction.

Audit log is very precise even thought the looked mailbox is hard to recognize as log is based on id and onscreen you can see only human readable text.

Keepit are really interested and keen to know that their product is working for us. We have a named account manager who is quick to respond, knowledgeable and helpful.

The ease of implementation was fantastic. We were up and running in minutes.
