I recommend to all who need to implement CRM, and do not want to solve it even within their IT department or they have not yet IT.

The opportunity of using cloud platform is very welcome, you don´t need to care of internal IT. And it is necessary to highlight the simplicity and intuitiveness of OneSoft.

Along with intuitive interface and cloud-based technologies it is a very effective solution with excellent price / performance ratio.

For larger companies it can be used as supplement to their systems, which can solve a perennial problem of fragmentation of records in XLS/datasheets.

I recommend the application to all companies that do not want to waste time with the operation and implementation of complex solutions and wants to concentrate primarily on their business.

Other use is in personal or risk management. OneSoft contains a set of templates for several areas, it is also possible to create any empty datasheet.

I recommend application especially for businesses that have a sales team in the field and simultaneously solves a number of ongoing projects in which participate other groups.

I would like to emphasize the usage of Cloud Platforms, IBM SoftLayer, which I consider to be one of the best in the market. OneSoft is in my opinion suitable for use in the CRM area.

Speed,  some screens are slugish and appear disjointed.

I can't find a lot of faults with it, everything that I needed to do was on there.

Option to dump my data from app,  just for my personal backup. Some companies have this rule in their security regulation.

These areas are in sufficiently fully covered and work is clear and simple. I would like to commend the application for its intuitiveness.

In the application we have conducted a complete CRM, which is shared by the whole team and we have a perfect overview of the activities that we perform to our customers.

I'd like to put my statement that the application is for dealing with this type of task absolutely gorgeous. I appreciate the simplicity and intuitiveness.

Documentation can be confusing, rely on an experienced integration partner or online tutorials.

Rich product suite enabling both Workforce/Enterprise IAM and Customer IAM. Strong cloud capabilities with on-prem components, in whatever mix works best for me.

Sometimes faced sync issues specially in offline mode.

We've also tied it with their orchestration product PingCentral to expand our rudimentary app integration self-service offerings, as well as PingID for MFA/strong authentication.

Excellent tool to securely sign on to your various platforms.

The UI is very clean and easy to navigate. Adding or removing a device is straight forward and easy to do.

This could also be a great individual help for freelancers and workers who aim to secure their data at home.

Some products are only cloud based (PingOne, PingID) which can be sometimes source of the troubles if your security policy is against cloud.

Great security features for identity verification/protection.

Customer support has been excellent, it compensates a lot for the clunky interfaces, and marginal documentation.

I realized it is a good security software for logging in to Amazon workspaces.

This tool allows you peace of mind for security and ease of access.

Ease of configuration and use with LDAP and active directory for accessing applictions and SSO.

Using a secure authentication standard makes it easy to configure as the business is moving to more cloud products.

It has been great, we have used PingFederate for over 7 years, and have seen things change over time. I wish we had the capacity to use all the funcationality of Ping.

Sometime mfa messages comes with lag or get lost. When selecting the preferred device as well the response time is high.

Safe way to require two step verification for accessing apps or systems. Ease to provide vendors and contractors with remote controlled access.

It’s good seamless and very quick to respond.no disconnection while working.

My only complaint is some of the transitions can be confusing. For example, after adding a new device there is a brief pause before the device is authenticated.

Unparalleled support for federation standards, great integration with infrastructure, good APIs for integration.

When it fails to work, hard to diagnose the issue.

This really give this tool versatility while being reliable and also easy to use/implement/administer.

Ping ID has also been easy to configure and is a nice MFA tool. We have not rolled it out to the whole company yet but the bet users love the ease of use.

Also if the phone the ID is linked to is lost or broken to a point it's not usable, it can be difficult to authorise a new device for pairing without support from IT.

I also like that it was very easy to pair a new phone without having to go through the registration process with my organization again.
