Records Disposition Module Gets Approvals Faster

RDA has been one of the most useful tools we have ever deployed. It has allowed s to get approvals faster, track the approvals easier and process dispositions in a more timely fashion.

PROS

The software allows us to decide how many approvers are needed, how to notify approvers and what options we offer approvers. On the approver side it is very simple for them to process and the customized message included in notification makes it easy for them to understand.

CONS

Every feature we have thought of adding, we have submitted to Cassia and they have added it for us during the next release. At this time, it has everything we want.

Reason for choosing Records Disposition Approval Module

There were no alternatives except to use the out of the box functionality in the Open Text Records Management module. That application did not provide all that we needed and did not allow us to manage dispositions the way that we actually approve them at our organization.
