Compared to other tools that we have used in the past, Rubrik is miles ahead in this space. Cons: The migration to the Rubrik Security Cloud has been a little tedious and some items are not fully implemented as they were in the local CDM. Cohesity was the only true competitor. Veeam is license only business TCO was too high and cost not easily predictable. TSM and Commvault were also evaluated just because we had prior experience. Support it useful and usually knows what to do but sometimes it does take a few tries.
