IT is sometimes hard to organize and sort files.

This is a sales persons greatest tool. In addition you can create custom objects to enable the support team to better work cases.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud is great and only getting better.

It's is very costly as compared to others I  the market.

I really enjoy the interface  it is easy to use and has a lot of features that aid you in finding the help you need. It also helps out business in more than one ways.

Documentation is poor and almost always not descriptive enough and outdated. The system itself is very buggy.

Good enterprise solution but lots of customization.

Got duped by salesforce salespeople into thinking this is cutting edge technology.

Not only do you pay a PREMIUM price for Marketing Cloud, but you'll also end up spending more time than you should trying to figure out this product.

The support and training from SF have been excellent.

I like that Send Time Optimization was included, this was extra with the previous e-mail marketing product we used.

This product poses itself as top of class, but that's only in pricing.

Also opening a ticket with customer support is a pain, especially if you don't have a Salesforce login (I've tried both with and without.).

I love Journey Builder and its native connections to Salesforce. Dynamic capabilities are extremely robust.

You get the benefit of an easy to use email platform, and the ability to automate workflows to enhance the personation of your customers.

Salesforce is good, but HubSpot is a better CRM.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud was easy to use and easy to teach people how to use. It was a cost effective product.

Like all of Salesforce's products, their marketing cloud is an extremely powerful tool with lots of customizable capability and robust features.

Can be a lag between menus/options however nothing big. No real big complaints on our end any issues are rep is there to meet our needs.

We have a Sales cloud integration which does not work well with Marketing cloud.

Also, even though it's the same company, the integration between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud is complex and just basically terrible. Cloud Pages Smart Capture forms are useless.

The user interface is horrible therefore it is not easy to navigate through the application.

Salesforce helps my salesman keep the group on the same page. Chatter works great and you can put reports on it that everyone can see.

Encourages cross-team communications. Great support from the vendor, and strong community of users and third-party integrators.

Maybe it's a little difficult to learn at first, but the learning phase is quite fast and you end up knowing it very quickly.

If you pay the money, you can make salesforce into an amazing wonderful tool for your business. It's capabilities and customizations can really make your business run smoothly.

It's one of the most popular CRM, so most people are familiar with it. As such, it integrates with several other software tools out there.

Ampscript is required for many complex landing pages and emails. Difficult to use for a single user with no development background.

Easy to use (especially with Content Builder), lots of customization, allows me to send to Salesforce Reports/Lists.

Thats a problem because most Marketing Teams do not write code.

This system has a lot of advanced features which is really cool. It provides different integrations with other systems which is very useful.

Very useful for establishing end to end consumer journeys.

Reliable, easy-to-use and good price/performance ratio.

There's no possibility to schedule a pipeline job based on a specific time of the day, eg: run this job at 01:00 AM every day.

Hevo is a great software for agencies and companies which helps in reporting, analytics, customers mapping and decision making.

User friendly tool with great customer support.

It's a very simples and intuitive. Without code i can make a great dashboard in my company.

Transformation supports Python which is great, data can be manipulated by custom scripts. Full visibility and control over the entire pipeline.

The best thing I like about Hevo is the ease of use and  the integrations that are avaialble for multiple sources, which makes the ETL seamless.

Extremely Budget friendly, many connector s and destinations, easy to use and good support.

Manual mapping is also possible. It shows and asks user to confirm what query it is going to execute at the destination, which is good.

Hevo was the ideal tool that I needed to bootstrap our data infrastructure. As the person who set everything up I am very satisfied with them and hope that this will be a long partnership.

The workbench - It is not intelligent moreover any switch from the workbench results in a code loss. So maintaining code or debugging code can be challenging.

You can only choose a frequency or specify certain times, but even this one is limited to a certain number of runs. This is our only limitation with Hevo right now.

Creating new data pipelines in Hevo is very easy and super fast. We need to just give connection details and boom!!! pipeline is ready to use within minutes.

In terms of service itself, reliability, customer support.

This is great for quickly checking if it'll work for your goals. All processes are transparent and if something seems amiss you can get a handle of a very helpful customer support quickly.

SCHEMA MAPPING - It is a good feature that makes it hassle-free for schema creation.

Very happy with the product so far, dramatically reduced the data ingestion times.

Hevo is extremely user friendly and very seamless. Data pipelines can be set in a matter of a few clicks.

Sometimes it seems difficult on changing the import table.

Hevo offers a fair pricing model with competitive features, along with a seamless data integration experience that complies with many data privacy groups.

We really love that fact that we can easily access 3rd party API's through the Hevo interface.

Sometimes, the transformations from the raw connectors can be a bit confusing and it requires heavy understanding of the source.

Ease of use, clear structure, great customer support. There are many native connectors available, which is very useful.

Ease of use, flexible, ability to query data and push the processed data into the warehouse, making all data pipeline needs completely customizable.

A bit tricky to get started, but that might be more the nature of data and disparate platforms.

Hevo also ensures pure privacy with data which is vital when using cloud storage integrations.

Also the support team are excellent. It has great documentation as well so you can synchronise easily from a wide range of sources and destinations.

If you need an easy way to bring some data into your data warehouse, I definitely recommend going with Hevo. They are a great value, have good documentation, and are easy to use.

Great UI , Customer service , Chat help , easy integration , all connector available , python ytansformation.

It's very easy to use and configure. It supports all popular database types as sources and we can put custom transformation logic in the pipelines.

The customer experience and support provided is great.

The service is reliable and performant, including at scale. The team also consists of nice people who have been very friendly and helpful.

The ability to transform data using python code, auto map object data, and do this all in a user-friendly interface is wonderful.
