  • Great ROI.From the initial onboarding to ongoing assistance, their support was exceptional. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and patient in addressing our queries and viding effective solutions.
  • Been using more4apps for years and we love the validation. Happy to learn that we can continue to use the product when we move to the cloud.
  • Whenever I have raised a ticket, I have found customer service to be immediate and always followed up to ensure we are up and running, great service, thank you.
  • Cons

  • The tools are a life send. Would hate to not have them in order to do my job.
  • That alone paid for the initial Wizard we bought, and more.
  • There is nothing that we don't like about this product and the team.

  • It is the best BSC software package out there. To have all of the software needs under one roof and not have several systems to accomplish the task is quite helpful.
  • Overall I like the ease of the system, I like be able to shoot reports to Excel format and I like the Grid View and the ability to delete unnecessary columns and tweak my reports as needed.
  • Overall, I have found this to be a solid product and when help is needed the customer service is wonderful. Everyone has always been very kind and helpful.
  • Cons

  • Losing the printers connection way too often. The inventory for the distribution side of our business does not track and update as with other systems.
  • Challenging to implement and learn. Once an invoice is posted, difficult to make a change to the invoice.
  • Lack of customer centric portal. Customer should have a level of access to view certain items such as schedules.
