Pros
- Grepsr's team has always been extremely helpful and responsive. They are understanding of our needs and work diligently to provide suitable solutions within their services.
- Easy to use and understand and the customer service was very helpful and responsive. But most of all great value for money.
- Responsive customer support and a diligent team that strives to provide the best output - will highly recommend.
Cons
- Also it was a bit confusing at times to be able to access the data once it was scraped.
- Nothing stands out as a specific issue or problem.
- The reconfigure/maintainence fee if you stop the crawlers.
Pros
- The best thing is a free trial thanks to which I could check if it suits my needs. I created templates and adjusted the features and now I know Parsio will help me with my work.
- The accuracy and efficiency of the PDF to Excel conversion impressed me the most. It saved me valuable time and produced clean and well-structured outputs.
- The ease of use of Parsio is great. I am not very technical, and this was extremely easy to use.
Cons
- For example, I had an HTML table in my receipt and when a second row was added in a newer receipt, the parsing failed.
- Complex rules and exceptions seemed to be too difficult to set up.
- It's my first email parser, I had no idea how much I needed it. Everybody needs an email parser for repeating emails/newsletters, you just don't know it yet.
