We're a charity, not a large corporate. But still the customer service and support is excellent.

Aditionally, the software is easy to use albeit sometimes a bit confusing (especially when you try to go deeper into M365 integration). All in all, very satisfied with this software.

I've set up the connector, and it's simply running. From time to time we do a restore test with selected data, but we never had any problems accessing backed up data.

But worst of all to many updates that was supposed to make KeepIT an overall better product but in fact it just made the customer experience for us at least worse.

We have saved quite some files in Office365 through Keepit and it has never let us down.

We are very satisfied with the product knowing that our data is safe, ans the few times we've needed support it was delivered almost at once and to our full satisfaction.

Audit log is very precise even thought the looked mailbox is hard to recognize as log is based on id and onscreen you can see only human readable text.

Keepit are really interested and keen to know that their product is working for us. We have a named account manager who is quick to respond, knowledgeable and helpful.

The ease of implementation was fantastic. We were up and running in minutes.

It does pretty much everything that is needed for dataset creation for easy SAS analyses.

SAS is also aptly named in that it will give you attitude for minor spelling or punctuation errors in the code.

This is a must have tool for companies that deal with big data in their everyday work, it's easy to use and get insights even if you are not a data scientist.

Can crash on rare occasion, but what software doesn't.

Overall, I personally prefer and recommend SAS data management software despite its higher price due to its comfortable working interface.

It has a very user friendly interface and you can skip the coding part if you are not comfortable with that.

The program is really useful, but some tools should be clear to don't use support.

Excellent Data Management and Analysis Platform.

We automated our daily data work with this tool, there is no need to dig in the same things over and over again. It's perfect, time saving and easy.

It is appropriately named in that it will practically give you attitude for typing in the wrong punctuation mark or spelling.

SAS Data Management is the future to compare data and find errors.

User has incredible ability to program and direct their data analysis. Capable of hundreds of permutations on conventional and experimental analytics.

Language in SAS is much more difficult than any other platform. Needs to be mastered before getting the most out of it.

SAS gets me accurate results in my research with visually stunning graphs and images of the data as output.

I really enjoy the program cause it attends everything that I need on my project and helps me on my analisys.

Overwhelmingly positive. SAS has improved my ability to analyze what are often messy data sets from disparate experiments in an agricultural/plant health epidemiology setting.

It is great and allows me to thrive at work when working with large datasets and complex manipulations.

Sas is very useful when it comes to business data management and forecasting. Although its a paid software vs the R that is free, sas offers alot of statistical package.

It has wide variety of subscriptions and software options (based on your needs). It is widely used and acceptable in universities for research purposes.

There are no other disadvantages noticed that I don't like.

Best Software for Statistical Analysis and Data Management.

I think this software worth giving a try, especially for students doing their thesis or their 1st research project. YouTube has tons of useful explanatory videos for SAS.
