I have direct experience with several customized applications based on this software.

All of the customized applications were tailored on the study specific adjudication charter, implementing different business logic and eAdjudication Forms based on sponsor user requirement. Pros: interface, detection of changes in data, flexibility, commitment of user support Cons: initial version only available on Internet Explorer

Vendor Response

The latest versions were completely redesigned and now eAdjudication software supports all the internet browsers also on mobile phones and tablets.

UCR review

My experience is that the system is very user friendly and can be adapted to suit our business and our requests. Suggestions for improvement, thus what we would like for future studies, is information to facilitate the procedure of quality control, such as disagreement rates, cumulative event distribution among reviewers etc. It would also be nice to have the possibility perform the quality control of adjudicated events (often 5%) within the system but independant and outside from the Produktion Environment.

PROS

Easy to use and the system is adaptable.

CONS

The lack of quality Controls and the dashboard can be improved.

Vendor Response

Thank you Pernilla for your appreciation. We at Ethical are working to release the features you mentioned. In fact, like you, we consider a better quality control support as a key factor to improve our platform.
