"When trying to access some devices, the backup manager refuses to load despite having connectivity to the internet. Whenever an update is pushed to devices, sometimes the device throws an "Expiration Date" bug that requires a complete restart of the backup service."

"sometimes the backup will go off when its not meant to and it does slow down our server when it does which can be an annoyance when it happens during the workday when i have it scheduled to happen after hours."
