SQList is available with a perpetual license, meaning no renewals or expiry dates are required. The Standard version includes one installation with 2 instances and one year of preventative maintenance. The Enterprise version includes one installation with a customizable number of instances and two years of preventative maintenance. Pricing is available upon request. The preventative maintenance yearly subscription offers expert advice, out-of-hours support, and all software updates. AxioWorks provides multi-buy discounts for multiple licenses or renewals, with discounts ranging from 15% for 3-5 items to higher percentages for larger quantities. Charities and educational institutions receive a 5% discount.

Great Product with highly responsive Support Service
Excellent reliable product with first class Support.

CONSSQList is downloading metadata for all document along with metadata attached on document in GUID form. If Possible SQList should also extract static master full list of dropdowns.

A great time saving product, with great customer service to boot!
The team have been fantastic to work with, I have had many calls and emails between us and the service has been excellent and I cannot recommend enough. The software itself is a great piece of kit that saves us time and capacity in our ever growing environment.

AxioWorks SQList
We have been using AxioWorks SQList since 2019. We use SQL Server Reporting Services extensively and we found that using an on-premise SharePoint list directly as a data source was quite limiting when compared to what you could achieve when using a SQL Server table. We decided to investigate SQList to see whether it would help to remove these limitations and it has certainly done that. Once the replications from the SharePoint list to the SQL Server table have been set it, changes made in the list are reflected in the table within a few seconds, so we are now able to join the copy of the list data to other tables with ease. Initially we found setting up the replications a little tricky, but the new user interface makes it very easy to do that now. We have also started using SQList to copy SharePoint on-line list data to our on-premise SQL Server and these replications work well too. We have only needed to contact AxioWorks support staff on a few occasions and they responded quickly each time. Overall, I’m very happy with the product – during the time we have been using it, it has been reliable and does exactly what it claims to do.
