Airtable is great, it has really powerful tools for creating tables that you can customize and adapt perfect to any need of your team.

A lot of nice built in features to force you to be organized about planning and recording adventures.

It was a somewhat steep learning curve but the online help plus tutorials and independent reviewers on Youtube have been a fabulous help.

Templates available for you to kickstart. Powerful spreadsheets with relations, and more awesome features.

The forms are awesome, better than Google Forms in some ways. The widely adaptable usage; supports everything from website backend to team/workflow management.

While there are a lot of things that are great about airtable, these are the ones I love the most.

I am happy with my airtable experience. It is simple, easy to use, and perfect for collaboration with others.

This is a great benefit when on a limited budget. There are more advanced features for a price, but we don't need that level right now.

It has great integrations with other platforms, and is easy to set up for various different functions that Excel could never offer.

Airtable is absolutely awesome. We use it daily for all kinds of projects, everything that Excel can do Airtable can do better.

What's great about AirTable is that it's so easy to start using but has a very high degree of flexibility where you can pretty much do anything you want to do with it.

If I didn't have Airtable, I feel like I'd be stuck using Excel and I'd be frustrated with the lack of organization.

We also love the ability to link records, create forms, etc. In short- airtable gave us the ONLY solution we could find that also was at a price that was VERY reasonable.

Can be difficult to set up in certain situations, having multiple availability zones can prove costly.

Amazon RDS (Amazon Relational Database Service) is a very powerful Service hosted by AWS. It's very easy to Setup and Run complex Database Instances.

Great technical support. You almost don't need to mind at any configuration or database servers anymore.

Well I will say one of the best managed RDS options available in market. It is value for money if you use it properly.

Amazon RDS is very reliable and easy to use it support various types of databases including widely used MySQL and others like Postgres, aurora without worrying the infrastructure.

Good availability of cloud watch triggers. It makes it quick and easy to keep backup and restore.

Great relational database service, easy to scale, cost effective and good integration with other AWS services.

Amazon RDS security is not a quite high level. Also with so many NoSQL databases coming up these days, RDS is a difficult choice to make given that it lags behind those NoSql databases.

My biggest complaint about RDS is that I did not find it sooner.

Amazon RDS is very easy to setup, you just create an account, select your tier (free tier is great for developers) and choose the database of your liking and you are good to go.

My overall experience with Amazon RDS has nothing but been amazing with the great customer support that they offer and consideration they provide for minor mistakes performed at our end.

I worry about policy makers who are willing to police what information can be shown on a hosted site and what they may disagree with in the future.

Also scalability is very easy with RDS and amazon overall because anytime you can select how much memory and storage you want based on the dynamic requirement.

Setting up a PostgreSQL server can be a daunting task and keeping it secure and protected is even more challenging. A managed database solution solves all this problems and many more.

I am unable to think of anything unpleasant about Amazon RDS.

Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS) is a cloud-based software that helps businesses leverage existing database engines to automate administrative tasks such as hardware provisioning, data backup, patching, failure detection and more. Managers can define parameter groups for new database (DB) instances and utilize solid-state drive (SSD) storage to specify the rates of input/output operations per second (IOPS).


Amazon RDS allows enterprises to run databases in a virtual private cloud (VPC) and protect critical information through access control and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) or Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption. Administrators can use the RDS Management Console to view operational metrics, including storage capacity utilization, input/output (I/O) activities and instance connections.
