No mainland China support. I understand that's difficult though.

The platform is clear and user friendly. Great product, it took us a few hours to migrate from our database on premise to that on Aiven.

As far as I can tell there's no way to set a separate billing email.

Overall all of my interactions with the Aiven team have been positive, even if we didn't arrive at a solution the support team is knowledgeable and truly tries to help.

Easy to get started with, support is reactive, overall it is a great experience for newcomers.

As for the system itself it has been pretty rock solid so far.

I like the offering of HA services. I like the great customer support.

The pricing plan is also friendlier than those offered by the bigger platforms.

Additionally, the dashboards built into the dashboard are pretty useful for monitoring the overall state of the Postgres instance.

The plans with redundancy are also cool because you get full access to the slave as a read-only replica, this means you can run heavy select queries without putting load on the main database.

We use this product to back our application for all environments. It is a huge improvement over our previous provider who was less expensive, but not nearly as stable or user friendly.

Low limits on maximum connections for SaaS use-cases where a large number of connections are required. Do not have root/postgres admin access to install custom extensions.

Easy to create an account and a database. Customer support is very good.

The console was easy to use and intuitive. We were evaluating GCP CloudSQL vs Aiven and really what it came down to is that Aiven has better up time.

Ease of use, great customer service. Super easy to configure and find the DB details you're looking for when dev-ing.

We once started getting some errors when the postgres-server version changed.

I like the Atlas Cloud solution. It enables various tricks and cross-integrations of single database between multiple apps (containers) with simple user management - for a reasonable price.

MongoDB configuration UI is great, you can configure on minutes and it allows you to scale your solution with few clicks.

Incredibly easy to learn and integrate into code. Fantastic support and built out systems for different languages (Nodejs, for example).

Being a JavaScript developer I find the database super comfortable to use. It is easy to set up and quick to inspect and makes changes to the documents.

Mongo DB is super easy to setup, has great documentation, great community around it, and easy to find lots of use cases for it.

The best part of my experience using MongoDB has to be its ease of use and tiny learning curve.

Also, It does not support the ACID properties of the database properly. The lock mechanism is poor as compared to the relational database.

I disliked how it performed as the database grew, as well as the lack of queries.

MongoDB is a great database for working with big data and IOT (Internet of Things) related projects with very good performance.

The installation is confusing I suppose. And Limited Data Size is another.

Joining documentation, indexing data are quite confusing and become hard as you dive.

It's for sure the best NoSQL DB on the market. It's powerful and there is a huge community that works with it.

I do have to say the data sizes on MongoDB is higher than what I've seen from other database software. There is also some lack of flexibility with querying because there are no JOINS.

There are no functions available for Transaction. MongoDB's documentation is much confusing to the users.

Cleaning up records that become out of sync is a pain in the ass. Was not ACID compliant until recently.

MongoDB is very nice and easy to use and worked well for my small application.

I also appreciate the MongoDB developer community and the fact that it's open source, which means there are many resources available to help me improve my MongoDB skills.
