PL/SQL Developer is a great tool for DBA admins

Overall, I have found PL/SQL Developer to be an extremely helpful tool as a DBA Admin. It has helped me to quickly and easily identify potential issues with my database, as well as tune and optimize my database for better performance. Additionally, the ability to visually see my database structure and data has been invaluable.

Pros:

PL/SQL Developer is a must tool for DBA admins. It allows you to easily manage your database, create, compile and modify database objects, and run SQL queries. It also provides a user-friendly interface for managing your database.There are many things I like about this software as a SysAdmin and DBA Admin. I like the fact that it is very user friendly and has a lot of features that make my job much easier. I also like the fact that it is very affordable and has a lot of customization options.

Cons:

There wasn't anything that I particularly disliked about PL/SQL Developer as a DBA Admin tool. However, I found that it was sometimes difficult to find the information I was looking for in the interface. Maybe they could improve the way they create new connections, or new connection instances, it generates multiple windows and it's a bit complicated when we have to manage different database schemas at the same time. Taking example of how it is done for example in SQL Developer.

Reasons for choosing PL/SQL Developer

It depends on the specific needs of the user. Some people might prefer PLSQL Developer because it has a more intuitive interface, while others might find Toad to be more user-friendly. Ultimately, it is up to the individual to decide which tool is better for them. In my case, it is a work tool with which I can carry out my work correctly and therefore I recommend it.

Es muy sencillo, con el tiempo le han agregado funcionalidades, es estable y te ayuda a administrar, gestionar y desarrollar en tu base de datos oracle.

Cons:

Es bueno, aunque le agregaría mas funciones de intellisense (autocompletado).
