Pros
- It can also supports visual basic and user with advance knowledge and get maximum benefits out of this amazing software by Microsoft.
- What we like about this software is the UI that helps the non tech to easily understand what they need and where to find. For us tech person behind, we like the of ease implementation and maintenance.
- Overall, I think it works really well, as many companies have adopted and use it, including my own. I love how it's Microsoft supported, so you can have confidence in its reliability.
Cons
- The weakness in cloud capability and the lack of integration with other external software.
- It is a bit of a learning curve at first, but once everything is all set up, it's fairly smooth (until you get an error, which can be a pain to solve).
- It is difficult to use if you don't know how to create database.
Pros
- It's easy to use and great documentations can be found online. A great community , can help with certain issues.
- MySQL is excellent relational-database system, it is feature rich and has great community support. It can be relied on from the smallest to the largest projects.
- Overall, I would say that our experience with MySQL has been good since it has been reliable and solid for hosting our data.
Cons
- Some error messages are so weird then the actual problem. It gives sense of insecurity at some points.
- There is no way to stop a query in the Admin tool. Instead, you have to kill the MySQL process to stop the query.
- Some errors thrown by the server are very unclear and it's difficult to debug the SQL query.
