The availability of support on the internet is just amazing. It works well for small sized to big sized companies and the security of these databases is top notch.

Great product, easy to use, and options for the high availability is one of the greatest.

The GUI that comes with to manage, administer and tune databases is probably the best there is. The performance tracking, monitoring and analysis features are probably the best in the field.

SQL server has helped me save time and keeps me updated and organized. It's easy to use and worth every penny.

It is fast and friendly server which provided great reporting and integration services. It have a large community which helps in resolving the doubt if stuck with the usage of some feature.

If you are not familiar with the inner workings of SQL you may get stuck trying to figure out performance problems.

For example if you miss a comma while listing out the fields you are querying for you can get a strange error rather than a syntax error.

It has great integration capability with other Microsoft BI Space like SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Azure and Power BI. It can handle huge datasets.

Even if we have more than one instance with different versions. System getting struck as these are suck lot of memory.

The only problem with this software is that it is not very user-friendly as the software template it has is very basic.

It is also worth mentioning that it is a very robust DBMS and that Microsoft's support is very good.

The most irritating thing is when I try to restore a backup of newer version (2014) to older version (2008), it gives compatibility error.

Performance is on par with other BI tools. The best thing is a lot of resources are available over the internet and good user support community.

But SQL Server is really good and compare to an Oracle, you can get a lot for the price. I have use it with Azure and it's amazing.

It may get tedious to debug errors if you are trying something extraordinary. You may not understand the error which could cause this problem.

It's an excellent software and using it is a delight. It offers a lot withou having to spend a bunch of money.

But its recent portability to Linux as well as its ability to be integrated with many programming languages makes it also a better choice.

Overall, it is good and best for Large size of projects which has more support. So any impediments can solve easily.

It can be confusing to understand the less than simplistic queries. There is a lot of functionality that you can get lost and have errors.

This is the easiest database client GUI I have ever used,  configuration is easy, the controls are straight forward, and it handles all the different platforms that you might be using.

I switched from MySQL Workbench to TablePlus to be using the same software as the rest of my development team, and the transition was pretty much seemless. Both are great tools for MySQL DBs.

It has a great autocomplete for SQL query and can manage migration really well. I also like a backup system I can use before doing a dig into a database to make sure I don't end up without data.

The GUI, the ability to split window panes, and the intuitive way to change data/table structure are all great. On top of that, the dark mode is very helpful.

Query history is helpful. Works well with local databases.

I enjoy very much the SQL Editor, it's great for doing test, and the software itself it's pretty easy to use and customizable.

It's an amazing tool to ramp up a junior on the fullstack as they have a better understanding of the data flow as they are developing.

Regardless of database, I rarely have the ability to kill a query.

I love the way TablePlus is integrated to macOS with Xcode like design and dark mode. Multi tabs is convenient.

It helps me write the queries with lot of fun. Also, apply the integrated filters.

Also I can save queries as favorites to reuse them and organize them into folders.

Establish connection with mysql directly , not to create the db in mysql admin then use it in tablePLus.

I thought I had found my new sql editor and I was thrilled because this interface looks fantastic.

Very great, use it everyday, the price was very unpleasant, but I still bought it.

TablePlus is a powerful database management tool that offers a range of features for both beginner and advanced users.

It's easier, faster and more secure than using phpmyadmin or any other software.

Trial version is having limited set of features - Limited tabs.

Also the backup function is a little confusing to use.

I've noticed only some short freezes when there is a problem with a remote connection.

There is one year of updates after paying almost 100 dollars, after that you can renew in order to update the software. Horrible pricing structure.

I've used many SQL clients for MacOS but TablePlus is by far the best one. Nice UI, many advanced funcionalities, optimized performance and decent pricing.

Nice and user-friendly UI. Native support for pretty much all the popular databases.

Very easy to setup and connect to multiple databases. Good support for Postgres.

The fact that before I apply changes (which are highlighted too) I need to commit them makes me feel more secure. And I can even switch safe modes, e.g. asking for password to commit the changes.

During times when I somehow do have the option to kill a query, it will take many minutes to 'load' the query before you have the option of killing it.

However, when it came time to do actual work, this software is undoubtedly a pretender and not a contender. Or at this time, at least (March 2020).

You can't create a new scratch within the same workspace without first opening up the left window pane to reveal the button to do so.
