Pros
- In a nutshell appmanager is a great product and helps our company to take care of our infrastructure.
- The customer support is excellent, and the documentation is comprehensive, making it easy to troubleshoot issues and implement best practices for optimal performance.
- Its a very good monitoring tool. The overall ease of use ,configuration and excellent customer support makes it one of the best monitoring tools available.
Cons
- Limited agents for APM marks a limitation on the usage of this tool.
- This maybe because my company has not set up that feature. I find it difficult to find closed or past requests.
- Some users have reported difficulty troubleshooting issues within the tool.
Pros
- Its APM features, Creative Dashboards, Browser data, Insights etc. are a great way to keep tab on your products performance and also, keeps you motivated to improve the performance.
- Don't hesitate to ask for assistance from them. They want to make sure you succeed and are always glad to help you realize more value from your investment.
- Dashboarding perfromance report capability is also good, helps us to keep on top of our applications perfromance.
Cons
- Opposing the web component, the mobile apps one is very bad. The sdks are very bad and very intrusive, leading to instability of the apps itselfs.
- The customer support is dreadful. We wait over 5 days for a response and then have to chase.
- Our main version we run has a memory leak, the NewRelic support team was worthless in troubleshooting.
