it has been an amazing journey so far, I am sure we're only 60% of the way through it to the final vision but when we are there, I can confidently say we will have one of the best collections systems i nthe market .

PROS

After being in the industry for over a decade and delivering multiple solutions across big banks i can finally say i am working with a complete debt collection solution. The beauty of 365 collect is the ability to configure such agile fashion with complete connectivity to external databases. it makes the solution so much more attractive for ever evolving business and business going through rapid transformation. more importantly there is a wealth of knowledge and a really supportive team managing the product that are the real assets of the business

CONS

The system is pretty comprehensive in terms of capability, and it is enabled to be shaped exactly the way a business wants it to. perhaps the only think i can call out is that due to it being a relatively new system, off the shelf it doesn't come with complete end state solution like some of the higher end solutions in the market however that has been ideal for us because it allows us to completely customize it to our liking.
