Before Growfin we had difficulties maintaining customers' details and account statements. With Growfin, accessing the details of your customers including statement of accounts is just one click away. Tracking and managing our team’s performance was never this, giving us complete visibility into the history of collection activities on customers for each collector.

First of all, the company didn't show up for our scheduled meeting at 1 AM Pacific Coast time as they do not hold US-based support or sales hours. I then sent the company a message only to have someone respond 15 minutes later that they would be right with me. One of their main guys comes on the screen only to tell me a bunch of nonsense, how this demo call was really not a demo as it will take him 48 hours to create a demo. He was more concerned about how much my company makes annually than telling me about the software. He could not provide me with a demo or anything to show that this company was, in fact, real. To be honest, the whole experience, from the lack of security on the website, the unprofessional sales office, the list goes on and on of why I would not trust this outfit for any reason, let alone my financials!
