SimplicityCollect is a cloud-based SSAE16 compliant debt collection solution designed for companies of all sizes. It features loan management, business-debt management, consumer-debt management, credit card integration and reporting within a suite.

SimplicityCollect features client management, which allows users to create profiles and upload cases for any number of users. The product also features debt management, which provides users an online portal to settle their accounts, manage payment plans and make payments using credit cards. Users can also customize the portal using their brand logos and images, and they can embed the portal on their website.

SimplicityCollect also features loan servicing, which allows users to collect payments for loans by calculating applicable principal and interest on a loan.

SimplicityCollect is available in three different pricing tiers: Starter, Pro and Enterprise, based on the number of system users and features offered. The product also offers integration with QuickBooks accounting software.

My Opinion on SimplicityCollect

Pros

Pros are that it's a great software for assisting in debt collection and keeping your accounts organized and maintained.

Cons

Cons are that there are several other similar companies out there that can compete.

Nice Product for Some but Not All

Overall it did not fit for us and we ended up using our original program. Perhaps if there was an option to transfer from other program seamlessly, that may have helped the ease of use.

Pros

I used this software for HOA management however, I found that our team did not have the time to learn all the different features; and it took to learn to implement.

Cons

To much too learn and not as user friendly as we hoped.

First experience

This was my first experience speaking with Simplicity and overall it was a great experience. Generally speaking, I do not believe that our firm is using this program to the fullest extent. However, with the assistance of your help desk, I believe that this program will fulfill our needs in order to run the collection efficiently.

Pros

The availability to access from various devices, but also the availability to limit usage on those devices as well.

Cons

Not sure since my experience has been minimal.

Simplicity Collect - Great tool but lots of functions to learn

This has a lot of functions for a decent price; however, there are some things that can be simplified. Sometimes there are field updates (like phone extensions), but it is not updated across the platform. If debtor side is updated, client side is not. Other than that, customer service is always very helpful as we transition to this platform.

Pros

There are many ways to customize the platform, like reports, viewing, etc. However, it is not easy to learn how to get what you need to be customized. At least the customer service department is very helpful and willing to guide you through processes.

Cons

Make it compatible to online accounting software

My overall experience with Simplicity was really good. They were very responsive throughout the sales process and everyone is very professional. Simplicity is very difficult

Very hard to upload files. I had a hard time uploading filed. I stopped using simplicity. It was very expensive. I could not get in contact with customer support on numerous occasions. When I did finally get in contact with customer support they were of no help. Then on top of that if I called them for help uploading files I was told they charge a fee to upload. I never received any satisfaction with the simplicity software so I canceled service. It is very complicated. Not worth the money

Great program

My Simplicity is a one person user. I run all the collections for a rather large OB-Gyn clinic in Davenport, Iowa. The ease of the program allows me to run this large data base that can be accessed anywhere that I am and I do not have to worry about security. The data base is managed by Simplicity, updated & secure. New features are added several times a year, and the new features are customer inspired. I have had a couple of issues with customer support, but that hasn't happened in over a year now.
