Not sure since my experience has been minimal.

We had many questions when we were gettting switched over and everyone was very helpful and patient with us. They explain everything so great and walk you through it very well.

It is very easy to use to keep your accounts in order.

It's easy to use and wonderful customer support if you have questions. I think it's reasonably priced and cloud based.

I had a hard time uploading filed. I stopped using simplicity.
