"We’ve had an open request for over six months that remains unresolved, with communication primarily limited to generic updates and no clear timeline or ownership. Despite multiple follow-ups, we have yet to connect directly with a team member who can actively move the issue forward."

"Support and user functionality: Way to many clicks to get anywhere or do anything within the system, which makes it difficult to train new employees. Whenever there is a support issue we get a tier one represenative that takes away too much time from our team."
