Pros/Cons
Pros
- They are responsive to all inquiries and their customer service is some of the best in the industry.
- I have been very pleased over the years with Denticon's features and services. It is easy to use and cost effective at the same time.
- The customer support is great help and denticon is extremely convenient. Any issue I ever have is fixed fast and I love that I can access patient info anywhere any time.
Cons
- Internet connection dependent so Outages are major problems. Need to back up more often because of outages.
- There are many small limitations that make this software annoying.
- No adjustment for minimal usage during covid shutdown.
Pros
- Very good customer service is a bonus. It's easy to contact them and all the representatives I've dealt with are friendly, willing to help, and they absolutely know what they are doing.
- I really have nothing but high praise for the software and the company. I would recommend them to any dental office looking for great practice management software at an affordable price.
- I really like all of the features it has to offer. On top of that, the customer support is amazing with helping me maximize all of these features.
Cons
- A problem with filing insurance charges, then later the patient tells us that it was changed prior to that appt. Unable to use the new insurance with the no longer one out.
- SMALL LETTER AND THE COLORS THAT WE CAN USE TO DISTINGUISH ARE VERY LIMITED.
- How to reject the previous plan and forward same procedures to new plan.
