I would say based on all the Practice Management applications I have demoed/used, Sensei Cloud is the most visually appealing. The user-interface is great.

Customer service with Live chat. Ease of patient intake and scheduling.

I have a mutiny on my hands and have never seen a new piece of software, equipment, etc destroy moral as fast as Sensei has and they spent a month online practicing.

I enjoyed the cloud based experience and ease of accessibility from any platform and location, as well as the user friendly scheduling, treatment planning and payment features.

The customer service is second to none. The Sensei Team really has been paramount to making our experience thus far a success.

I have learned to work around a lot of the problems.

Sensei Cloud, Practice Manager, and Patient Forms should be one product (a one stop shop). Sensei Cloud is expensive compared to other PMS, which do offer a one stop shop option for less money.

Ease of scheduling, it is really easy to schedule a patient and give accurate amounts.

Bulk EFTs: large EFTs never work and we have to enter as individual payments, which makes for the monthy GRT calculations very difficult.

It’s really easy to switch between my practices and view imaging so I can pretty much work I don’t have to pay for extra licenses and user names.

Not knowing what they all mean or which is which. Pt due/Ins Due/total due does not always reflect correct amounts resulting in 3 different amounts and confusion on the financial page.

Easy to learn and manage. A great way to build a business ready for scale.

My experience has been great so far. Customer service is very prompt at addressing my issues.

The software is very easy to use. Everything that I need is built in and I can use it from any computer.

Charting seems to be fairly easy with this system and that it is cloud based is a plus.

I do not like the way this is set up. Also, it does not alert you when something is denied - you have to check the reports daily.

Easy to use and you can easily find patients in the search bar.

Not ready for release from its inceptionAlthough uses chrome, does not work on an ipad.

The statement and account billing is easy and I love that I can work on statements and still go into the schedule of needed and the systems saves my progress on the billing statements.

The CareStream staff has been incredibly helpful and we appreciate the kindness that is shown to us during these calls/visits.

Several team members were difficult to contact. Support is useless and very disappointing.

Accessibility and ability to view notes and schedule from any computer.

I have worked on numerous Dental systems (at other practices) and Sensei is far the worst. Some of the simplest things take forever for a programmer to fix.

Ease of use, insurance billing and tracking capabilities, patient scheduling and reminder features, periodontal and dental charting.

Lack of Patient online booking feature, patient recall label printing option not available.

They really know how to capture the patients attention and assist in retaining that patient in the future. Safe and secure communication.

Once we started the process of ending our contract,  professionalism and customer service was extremely ugly.

The worst is that when you notice the critical mistake and can't even reach anyone to fix it.

We were happy with Solution Reach, however, the management software we were using at the time integrated their own communication software within our current version.

We wished that the system could intergrate more with our EHR software. Otherwise over the years the platform has been awesome.

Some patients complained about multiple contact attempts etc but this was just an error we made as a new user learning to select the proper settings, etc.

I would recommend solution reach to other dental practices. I had a good experience with them.

We have been using this PM for a few years now and the ease of using this system is great. It's pretty easy to guide through and when we having to teach someone in office how to use it makes it great.

I would avoid this contract oriented sales company at all cost.

We love the text/email options, the ease of using the system and anytime we have had an issue arise the customer service team has been fantastic.

I am still seeing the benefits of this product. Overall seems like this could be a good fit for my office.

Helps with appointment reminders  AND review management for a reasonable price; customer service is amazing.

Can be difficult to maneuver from time to time due to updates/ modifications made to the programing.

Worst customer service I have ever come across in all my years as an office manager.

Then the company automatically shut off the system so no messages were going out according to our settings. They didn't even let the providers know they were doing so.

I love that we have our patient reminders go through this program. I also love being able to send birthday greetings out to our patients.

I love the ease of use, that I can send a quick email or text to a patient instead of having to call them. Its nice that patients can communicate that way as well.

The communication abilities with patients was great. I loved being able to reach our to patients remotely in the event of inclement weather and cancellation or closures.

If not interfaced, cannot do calls to no show appointments. Reporting is very limited, can't tell who didn't get contacted.

Patient communication has never been so effective, smooth, and successful with using this product. Patients response with this software is so much better than other programs we have used in the past.

Ease of use, variety of options and tasks available. Ability to customize communciations and scheduling delivery of communciation.

It's difficult to install and integrate with some practice management softwares. Get reviews from people who use your PMS before jumping on.

In the beginning, Solutionreach seemed great. They promised they would integrate with our PMS, and with the exception of a few stragglers I would find not in the system it seemed to be working.

Worst company I have dealt with since my business openned.

The price and lack of communication when it came to ending the contract it became very difficult.

What I like most about Solution reach is how easy it is to use, and how quickly we are able to text and get ahold of patients.

Best money saver there is in a medical practice.

First and foremost this product is very user friendly.

When this software works, it's great. The issue is that it often doesn't work and it is impossible to get customer service.

It is able to help us send paperwork, text and email patients reminders and key things before their appointments.

We cancelled our contract with ample notice and they refuse to give us a refund on an over charge and refused to accept a written cancellation AND renewed our contract automatically.

Overall our experience is great and they are constantly proving tutorials and there are a lot of videos on YouTube to help guide you through.

The company has been great to work with and we have integrated seamlessly with their software.

Fantastic customer service and once you subscribe to SR lots of great free tools, educ info etc.

They refused to stop the service, they refused to stop charging us monthly, and even when we physically deactivated patients so they wouldn't receive the messages, the company REACTIVATED them.

Learning curve is a bit steep, though. Also, the support is very poor.

There has ALWAYS been an issue with the sync uploads but it started getting really really bad in November 2020.

The newsletters were a bit difficult to create and very slow. THe forms and info that patients filled out at check-in has no way of importing into our EHR system- we have to manually input everything.
