5 Stars for a truly collaborative marking partner

PROS

I love that I have a dedicated account manager and team that is super responsive and collaborative. The offerings are always expanding with new features and capabilities… and without any add on costs! I think Adit must have plans to take over the market space for all things dental. It’s such a great way to simplify what could be contracts and systems from a large number of vendors.

CONS

Sometimes the newest features are a little rough around the edges at first release, but I so much appreciate the continuous new stuff they keep doing. And, they keep refining everything so the rough edges get smoothed out quickly.

New and Fresh

When we first signed on with the software we were very impressed with the ideas, vision, and direction of the company. After learning more about the software and its capabilities we realized there were things that were missing and things that could be improved. We simply communicated the information with the development team including the CEO of the company and right away they went to work and have been very responsive to our needs and feedback. I love that about the company and how open they are to suggestions. It makes it fun to work with them!

PROS

I enjoy using Adit since it seamlessly integrates with my practice management software. It is a platform that combines everything from the VOIP phone system, appointment confirmation, online reputation management, patient form management, patient payment solution, marketing, and finally analytics. As the CEO of my company, I spend most of my time working with analytics. They have done an amazing adding many layers to the analytics side and I thoroughly enjoy using it on daily basis. I plan and set my business goals around numbers so I appreciate the level of sophistication that comes with the data.

CONS

There have been many improvements more recently and most of my concerns have been addressed. However, I really would like to see the documents and forms that patients receive and fill out automatically upload into their charts instead of us having to download and upload them. That would be a huge time saver.

For the fact that I can do everything with one single platform!

SCAM! Everything is outsourced and DOES NOT WORK!

EXTREMELY NEGATIVE! Even after we spent tons of time trying to fix their bugs, they still tried to charge us for a full year. Finally they agreed to let us only pay for less of the service but they did not compensate me for the countless hours spent working on their systems.

PROS

That we got rid of it. It was cheaper than the other software we viewed but it was nothing compared to what they promised. STAY AWAY!!!

CONS

Everything. We spent over 100 hours working with their [SENSITIVE CONTENT] personally to try and fix their problems but the phone quality was terrible, they outsource all their techs and it was about 20% as good as Weave

Adit is top notch

Adit is EXTREMELY helpful with new patient acquisition. The ability to sort data and see, in real-time, what is happening at our practices is invaluable. Their reporting and support is really great too. A great partner to have for sure.

PROS

At first, I simply appreciated that the software allowed me to get rid of a lot of stand-alone products that I was having to log into and maintain (and pay for!) But they keep us because of the ease of use and frequent upgrades and improvements. Their response time and customer service is a welcome bonus too.

CONS

As a long time user, I went through a lot of the growing pains associated with a new platform. There were moments of updates and learning curves that came rapidly, not sure that necessarily a “con” though. I obviously don’t mind it too much if I’m still a satisfied customer.

We were able to consolidate call tracking, reputation management and web design/hosting for 17 practices.

Great software for dental office

We used to have a different software that we used only for appointment reminders and confirmations. With Covid and the use of patient screening forms, ADIT was able to combine the functionality of the previous software with additional features.

PROS

Appointment reminders and medical forms. Connected with PMS for automatic notifications.

CONS

Synching with PMS can be slow sometimes.

Adit

PROS

Adit has been a great addition to our office. We use on a daily basis for confirmations as well as messaging with patients. We find the ease of communication to be very helpful. It is nice to have someone working on our patient portal to be sure it matches our online profile within Google. Customer Support has been great, anytime I have a question they are quick to respond.

CONS

Adit is still new and coming up with new features and designs. They have a lot of reports for office productivity but you cant print them. There is room for improvement in ease of use and transportability among the platform and our dental software.

It's our do it all software for checking our metrics to getting patients in the door and also for advertising and setting up our websites. They have a lot of experience and every step is really easy to accomplish to help our business grow faster.

CONS

not applicable because I was skeptical at first using a software that does everything but thats the least of my worries now

Should have started with Adit sooner

Everybody has been helpful, knowledgeable and solves our issues.

PROS

Technology features that integrate with our current software. Ease of patient registration which saves time of our front desk. Great support team.

CONS

All the features are not active yet. They are still new with the technology bundle, but they are constantly enhancing the service, but its not all there yet.

Adit review

Adit has addressed my issues promptly. Every time I file a bug report, I am contacted by a Team member and my concern are addressed immediately.

PROS

Consistent Reliability and functionality e.g. Online appointment and Text Messaging. Adit is consistently working hard to introduce new features for the customer. Very reliable in tracking phone calls and request for appointment

CONS

Text Messaging should be enhanced to match SolutionReach & Lighthouse feature set.

Great Software

PROS

The price to value ratio is amazing and they continue to add new features at no cost! the software is easy to use, and it's very helpful to have all the tools you need for patient communication in one place.

CONS

It's not always easy to navigate the settings, and some of the features the software has to offer. Improvements are implemented pretty fast though. Lately, the hold times for the support team have been rather long.

Disappointed by a subpar program

The amount of complaints I've had over this system is enough to fill a book on why you should not install the Adit program. From patients receiving inaccurate dates & times, to some not receiving messages at all, there is a plethora of problems. I have patients getting messages that are not meant for them, I have missing voicemails in the system & some patients even reschedule their appointments only for them to be notified three to four ties that they have an appointment on the day they've already rescheduled. That is only the surface of it. I'm sure nothing will be done as nothing has ever been solved so far. Terrible program.

PROS

- Sends new patient packet forms to new patients (sometimes)

CONS

- Patients receiving inaccurate appointment times- Phones recording calls despite manager requesting that our calls are not to be recorded for patient confidentiality - Patients either being spammed with reminders, or not receiving reminders at all

Why you should choose Adit!

PROS

Love Adit because they made and the process to get a new website very easy. The monthly updates on SEO and pay per click is great because they show how we're improving each month and also record the calls and coach on the calls that we don't convert so our team to go back and reach out to the patients to see if we can convert them. Great benefit! It also tracks missed calls which have been very helpful!

CONS

The Adit phones don't have all the capabilities/features as Weave does so we still have that cost so hopefully, they'll keep updating their features so we can use Adit for everything.

Shasta Dental Services Software Review

By combining multiple operational components of a dental office, I can go to ADIT for most of the practices basic needs. I don't have to go through several companies to run a dental office. I can login into my ADIT app and access all the data I need to continue to drive growth and performance with staff. The onboarding takes some work but once it gets off the ground, ADIT is a product I highly recommend.

PROS

Easy to communicate with patients, view phone records, keep communication with patients, reminders and confirmations. I also like that we go to ONE single software for multiple uses. In additional the ablove benefits, it also includes our SEO and digital marketing services. Their Customer Support is TOP NOTCH

CONS

Text to pay features are not currently available. Their VOIP product is a work in progress. Hard to transfer calls between phones and access voicemails from patients.

Good service but needs improvement

Overall I'm very happy. Just some minor adjustments specific to our field, but other than that we are pleased.

PROS

I like the ease of this software and how helpful the customer support is.

CONS

I dislike the lack of control over certain content. EG: Review requests have no frequency or limitations. For our dental office (which was not on the list of organizations to choose from), we sometimes see patients multiple times a week and the number of review requests can be overbearing. In addition, the notifications are hard to read as well and seem to get lost- even with the notification tab.
