Adit review
Adit has addressed my issues promptly. Every time I file a bug report, I am contacted by a Team member and my concern are addressed immediately.
PROSConsistent Reliability and functionality e.g. Online appointment and Text Messaging. Adit is consistently working hard to introduce new features for the customer. Very reliable in tracking phone calls and request for appointment
CONSText Messaging should be enhanced to match SolutionReach & Lighthouse feature set.

Great Software
The price to value ratio is amazing and they continue to add new features at no cost! the software is easy to use, and it's very helpful to have all the tools you need for patient communication in one place.
CONSIt's not always easy to navigate the settings, and some of the features the software has to offer. Improvements are implemented pretty fast though. Lately, the hold times for the support team have been rather long.

SCAM! Everything is outsourced and DOES NOT WORK!
EXTREMELY NEGATIVE! Even after we spent tons of time trying to fix their bugs, they still tried to charge us for a full year. Finally they agreed to let us only pay for less of the service but they did not compensate me for the countless hours spent working on their systems.
PROSThat we got rid of it. It was cheaper than the other software we viewed but it was nothing compared to what they promised. STAY AWAY!!!
CONSEverything. We spent over 100 hours working with their [SENSITIVE CONTENT] personally to try and fix their problems but the phone quality was terrible, they outsource all their techs and it was about 20% as good as Weave

Why you should choose Adit!
Love Adit because they made and the process to get a new website very easy. The monthly updates on SEO and pay per click is great because they show how we're improving each month and also record the calls and coach on the calls that we don't convert so our team to go back and reach out to the patients to see if we can convert them. Great benefit! It also tracks missed calls which have been very helpful!
CONSThe Adit phones don't have all the capabilities/features as Weave does so we still have that cost so hopefully, they'll keep updating their features so we can use Adit for everything.

Great software for dental office
We used to have a different software that we used only for appointment reminders and confirmations. With Covid and the use of patient screening forms, ADIT was able to combine the functionality of the previous software with additional features.
PROSAppointment reminders and medical forms. Connected with PMS for automatic notifications.
CONSSynching with PMS can be slow sometimes.

Shasta Dental Services Software Review
By combining multiple operational components of a dental office, I can go to ADIT for most of the practices basic needs. I don't have to go through several companies to run a dental office. I can login into my ADIT app and access all the data I need to continue to drive growth and performance with staff. The onboarding takes some work but once it gets off the ground, ADIT is a product I highly recommend.
PROSEasy to communicate with patients, view phone records, keep communication with patients, reminders and confirmations. I also like that we go to ONE single software for multiple uses. In additional the ablove benefits, it also includes our SEO and digital marketing services. Their Customer Support is TOP NOTCH
CONSText to pay features are not currently available. Their VOIP product is a work in progress. Hard to transfer calls between phones and access voicemails from patients.

A game changer!

CONSEverything is user friendly and occasional glitches are quickly addressed.

Sold to us with a guarantee of customer service, only to be worse than weave
A waste of time, a waste of training hours, and a waste of staff moral being willing to change our protocol only to have it be sloppy and never get a hold of customer service.
PROSNothing is exceptional compared to weave or demand force, the selling point was the low price point and the promise of customer service.
CONSThe functionality of the product is not comparable to Dentrix patient forms, nor weave patient management. The integration is sloppy and the customization is non-existent. There was no follow through after the initial sales and onboarding call, they just take your money send you phones and then nothing. The customer service promise of a 5 minute wait gets you to an untrained call service which then puts you on an hours long call back que after wasting your time on hold. But they "answer in less than 5 minutes."

Think twice before buying
Over sold and under delivered. I was impressed with their demo and supposedly available feature, but in the end those feature are still under development.
PROSOverall simplicity, integration and analytics
CONSPhones - I had an emergency the other morning and our protocol is to call 911 immediately. It was at the time that I found out that we DON'T HAVE 911 CAPABILTY WITH OUR PHONES. After several attempts at 911 with our phones, we switched to a cell phone to call 911. When I call Adit there response was "yes we know we don't have 911 capability but it will be with the next phone release in 30-40 days. They said they tell the client during on-boarding, of which I would have raised a red flag and said "No thanks". Why would a medical facility have a phone system that doesn't support a 911 call. Unheard of in this day of age. Needless to say, very disappointed and realize that I was over sold. This is outside of several other "development" issues that I am still working through.

Supposedly the simplicity and integration with our management system. I was impressed with the number of standard feature which allowed me to consolidate vendors at a reduced price.

Adit is Great
They do a great job of managing all of the marketing and SEO for your. Any issue is solved quickly and efficiently.

It's been a great asset to the office. Was a good replacement for the old system.

Great app

Great Platform!

Eliminates a lot of phone calls and customer contact
