I like adit because it is super easy to use, the communication it sends to patients is amazing it saves a lot of time.

The price is awesome compared to weave, with weave all the features we needed were an additional fee and with adit it has everything and more for less.

Phones  - I had an emergency the other morning and our protocol is to call 911 immediately. It was at the time that I found out that we DON'T HAVE 911 CAPABILTY WITH OUR PHONES.

Working with Adit so far has been great. Great attention to detail and communicative.

Hard to transfer calls between phones and access voicemails from patients.

Our staff like the ability to respond directly to positive reviews. We like the patient interface as it allows us to get feedback as well.

In addition, the notifications are hard to read as well and seem to get lost- even with the notification tab.

Instead of working with us to even pay a penalty for ending early, they refused to break the contract, even though we removed them from all access to our office and services.

Adit is EXTREMELY helpful with new patient acquisition. The ability to sort data and see, in real-time, what is happening at our practices is invaluable.

Excellent customer service. They were the only company who could do a full migration of all clinical notes, x-rays, documents etc.

We consistently had trouble with the xrays bridging. The software is extremely simplistic to a fault.

We were motivated to find a easier  software  system than we had  during this Covid period. We wanted to go paperless.

You can't close out a month or year. We can't create our own discount/adjustment codes.

The support is outstanding. Never had an issue they could not solve and they are constantly making improvements.

The reporting was terrible. My end of day numbers would always be off.

We like emailing and texting from the patient chart.
