  • Pros

  • Good Integration with Chirotouch and other software. Data is clear and charts and diagrams make it easy to track.
  • That it is as easy as signing in to see all of the stats you would want so you can easily track stats and where you are at in reaching your goals.
  • Cons

  • The features rollout has been slow during the pandemic, but I am not sure that is something that they can even control.
  • Occasionally the server fails to update and I have to write in to let them know.

  • Easy to use, easy to change settings settings customize, customers love the quick responses from us.
  • A few years back, Weave functioned well. The integration with Dentrix was a wonderful tool for the staff to have.
  • Cons

  • Implementation was disorganized and out of order, one onboarder didn't know what the other onboarder had covered.
  • Basically, all they can say is you screwed, you owe us money, and sorry but you can cancel...after 30 days.
