Simplest Endodontic Software
Being a front office manager of an Endodontics practice and in the field for 10+ years this is the first endodontic software system that I’ve used that I can actually manage from my home, office, or anywhere. I have my MAC book and an iPhone that I can access the system easily from. Their team is also super supportive, listens and helps. The software is constantly improving and adding new features that would benefit and be of value to endodontic practices. Comparing other systems I’ve used, Dental EMR has the best connectivity between us and our patients and referring practices.
PROSThe software system is very easy to use and navigate. What I enjoy most is the referral communication with the referring offices integrated right into the heart of Dental EMR and keeps all our referring offices and their patients under one portal where they can keep track of their referrals, updates and finished cases along with high resolution radiographs and videos. It incorporates a lot of perks and features that simplifies my day-to-day as an office manager from managing patients charts to the seamless correlation between patients and myself. It's pretty self explanatory if you're new to the system.
CONSI have no major complaints, but I wish there were more practice analytic reports. But any customizing or enhancements that are needed and relayed to customer service they handle very professionally and are accommodating.

Streamlined interface, one page for encounter and treatment notes, custom templates, automatically generated reports to dentist, electronic referrals portal
CONSGetting used to using it, typing treatment notes (inevitably you have to do this)
