About Dental Plus

Dental Plus by Admor is a U.K.-based, NHS compliant practice management and clinical charting system for small to midsize practices. This on-premise system is compatible with Linux, Mac and Windows operating systems. Within the clinical charting module, providers can store general patient notes and treatment plans, next and last appointments, multiple contact details and one-click calling using VoIP technology. Special icons can be used to identify different medical or dental conditions so that critical information is available at a glance. Greatest Software Ever!

PROS

They matched the price of our current provider, making the decision ever easier to make, Their product is simple yet effective, with lots of features to make your daily experience easier. Easy to maneuver around the appointment book, find patients, etc. It makes my days so much better. The Accounts manager, is a sweetheart, always ready to help with any queries, very knowledgeable about the software and a total joy to have as the Induction teacher. The IT department, the most amazing team I have even come across in my professional life working in the Dental Environment. From the setting up to the data transfer, flawless help, never a delay in answering any of my e-mails, information and step by step tutorials always ready. This product is great quality and the full team behind it too.

CONS

Not a lot to mention here, I know there is a big software update coming up with lots of new things being added and improvements, so looking forward to that.

I've been using the software for some time and it does exactly what it says on the tin. In the few cases I have had issues, the support guys were quick to help me out and rectify the issues. A+

Best patient management software

Tiresome paperworks have been totally erased from our clinical practice with the great help of dental plus on all devices at fingertips and at any time and place.

PROS

Dental plus is great in charting tooth number and diagnosis along with it. It reduces so much time in explaining with patients through this digital platform for treatment planning. Billing gateway also has given ease for clients and us. Radiographs and intraoral camera images are nicely merged with each patient profile for the records.

CONS

Well there isn't major thing missing here,however, reminders sometimes aren't reaching on promt timings to few clients. Although I received on my side on time , hopefully it will be improved sooner.

à éviter ! N'hésitez pas à payer plus !

Réseau non professionnel - n'hésitez pas à payer plus ailleurs ! Réseau non professionnel, une multitude de problèmes. à éviter !!!! -Une seule dentiste sur Nice que j'ai vu pour le scanner. Désagréable, stressante, scanner violent et douloureux... -des photos de scanner perdus -un dossier qui traîne plusieurs mois... -un service client qui ne répond pas au téléphone (des heures d'appel sans réponse !) -un service client par mail qui doit répondre entre 24h et 72h et qui répond une fois sur 2 après 5 jours d'attente Puis, une fois mon plan de traitement reçu, je dois faire un ipr (limer l'émail entre les dents pour leur permettre de pivoter), à 200€, chez l'UNIQUE DENTISTE DU RESEAU PRéSENT SUR LA CÔTE D'AZUR !!! Je demande Marseille ou l'Italie, on me répond qu'il n'y a que Paris ou Lyon alors que j'avais indiqué, dès le début que j'avais eu des problèmes avec la dentiste sur Nice. Réseau non fiable. à bannir !

Publicité mensongère, appellation "patients" frauduleuse, mauvais service client, dentiste sur Nice violente

CONS

Le logiciel semble correcte. c'est tout le reste qui ne va pas !
