I appreciated that when adding family members, the last name auto-populated, and I loved that multiple windows could remain open at the same time without constantly redirecting me. Entering insurance information was convenient, and the pop-up windows made it easy to access important details quickly. I also liked being able to preset what I was scanning when scanning the same type of document for multiple patients. #### Cons The imaging system was the most difficult part for me. Transferring X-rays was hard and time-consuming, which could slow down the workflow. We also did not use integrated phone software, but I think having that option would have made communication and tracking calls much easier. I don't have experience with others to compare, but it was such a great software. I have Windows but that can be an issue for those who are Mac owners. - When scheduling appointments, sometimes the boxes cover other appointment times making them nonvisible, which ultimately makes you not realize an appointment is there and mess up the appointments for that time slot and surrounding. #### Reasons for choosing Dentrix Dentrix offers more customer support and training assistance.
