Pros/Cons
Pros
- I have used Docktible for several years and very successfully built a great set of honest reviews. Also, it's quick and easy to deal with customers with issues.
- Everyone we have worked with has been very responsive and so helpful. We recently worked on a project with Doctible to customize our Chatbot and we are very satisfied with the final product.
- I have received wonderful customer support with any questions I have had. I highly recommend Doctible.
Cons
- Horrible and still bad, but you signed and they don't care that they don't have all the features, that they have.
- The only con I have (and its not even really a con) is that the people that do not have a Google or Facebook account have no where to leave reviews.
- People would only leave stars and no comments. But that is the users fault not the programs I guess.
Pros
- Remotely wiping and securing your data is a snap with DriveStrike and their customer support is superb. I was blown away by how helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable they are.
- And when I needed help with one feature their support was super quick to contact me directly via email and phone and resolved my issue in only a few minutes.
- Ease of use for the software and great customer service is what makes me like it so much.
Cons
- Before DriveStrike, whenever an employee called in saying they misplaced or lost their laptops, we would begin a scramble. Now I just log into the admin panel and lock the computer.
- I either unlock later once they locate it or I wipe it after a week. It's a major reduction in stress for my team.
- At first I was a little hesitant to install software that grants a remote wipe function on my phone, but I think that's a common feeling for anyone who worries about privacy.
