Different aspects of daily activities ( administrative and professional) are gathered under one toll which makes pulling out necessary data timely and efficient. Some of the perks are treatment cards, imaging and financial information available for all users. Also, keeping financial information attached for each patient and possibility of extracting reports such as payment summary and walkout statement are lifesaving when it comes to explaining to a patient what are they financial obligations. #### Cons It could take a while to train new employee how to use this software. The main obstacle comes from complexity of the software itself. I am always learning new features that have been added and we have been using it for over 12 years now! It has made life at the office so much easier. From scheduling, charting, patient GPS, appointment reminders, finances.... you name it Dolphin has got the entire spectrum of orthodontics covered! I talk about how great the program is so often at the office they think I should work there! It also makes a cute Dolphin cry when you launch it. #### Cons We have had numerous issues with Dolphin suddenly not working, office-wide or workstation specific. When contacting Dolphin about these issues there is often a wait, and the tech agents are slow to respond. I have had live chat agents admit that they handle multiple clients at one time, explaining the slow responses and long delays in help. Even worse, when they are actually paying attention to you they often do not resolve the issue quickly, or sometimes at all.
